1Acceptance of Terms

2Account Registration

3Age Verification

4Deposits & Payments

• Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. Confirmation times vary by method but are typically near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa.

• Before your first withdrawal is processed, identity verification must be completed. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid identity document and proof of ownership of your payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your verified payment method. The platform supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal. Only cleared, real-money balance is withdrawable.
• 777bet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been flagged.
• Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts — accounts not belonging to the registered account holder — will not be processed.

7Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 777bet, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and all other markets available on the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your balance. Do not assume a bet has been placed based on filling in the bet slip alone.
• Odds changes: Odds can change between when you add a selection to your bet slip and when you confirm. You may set your preference for how to handle odds changes — accept all, accept better only, or manual confirmation — in your account settings.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time during a match due to significant events, score changes or technical reasons. Bets placed just before suspension are accepted at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.

8Casino & Games

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer formats supplied by the game providers. 777bet does not alter game outcomes.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the individual software providers and are not modified by 777bet.
• Technical faults during a game round — such as a disconnection mid-spin — are resolved according to the game provider's fair play policy. Incomplete rounds where no outcome was reached will typically be refunded at stake.
• Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled basis. Once a card has been purchased for a bingo room, the purchase is final. Refunds for purchased bingo cards are not available after the game begins.

10Account Suspension & Closure

777bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Requests made by the account holder to self-exclude or close their account for responsible gaming reasons.
• Extended periods of inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance remaining — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (such as voluntary closure or dormancy), the available real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method after any open bets are settled.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the support team. This includes self-exclusion requests made for responsible gaming reasons, which are handled with full confidentiality and processed promptly.

11Privacy & Data
